Refund Policy

For eBooks, audiobooks, and digital downloads (such as mp3s), all sales are final unless a duplicate item is purchased within 48 hours of the initial purchase. You must notify us within 30 days of the second order.

A consultation, such as for world building advice, is not eligible for a refund.

Shipping and Delivery
The following policies apply to physical products:

• Unsigned print books are printed and shipped by BookVault.
• Signed copies of print books or CDs are shipped by Evermore Press.
• If you received damaged or defective print books, or if your order failed to arrive, we are happy to provide a replacement order with free shipping or a refund if you notify us within 30 days of your order’s shipment date.
